The purpose-built Oculus Quest application consists of different stages of the workday. Users are welcomed by a supervisor who will guide them on what is required for the day and will check regularly to ensure they are performing to the best of their ability. Tasks include safely relocating site materials, sorting site materials, and using power tools.

Designed as a friendly onboarding experience for young people entering the workforce for the first time, the experience is intended to be educational, lighthearted, and joyful.
